1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JockBroker ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

JockBroker is a digital collectibles and fantasy gaming platform that allows users to:

  • Collect digital sports cards of athletes and teams
  • Open card packs to obtain new collectibles
  • Trade cards with other users through our P2P marketplace
  • Participate in fantasy sports contests using collected cards

3. Digital Collectibles - Not Securities

IMPORTANT: Digital cards on JockBroker are collectibles for gaming purposes only.

  • Cards are NOT investment products or securities
  • We make NO promises about future card values
  • Cards should be collected for entertainment and gaming purposes only
  • Past performance does not indicate future results

4. User Eligibility

To use JockBroker, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or 21 in certain jurisdictions)
  • Be legally permitted to participate in fantasy sports in your jurisdiction
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

5. Marketplace Rules

When using our P2P marketplace:

  • All sales are final
  • A 2.5% marketplace fee applies to all transactions
  • You may not manipulate prices or engage in wash trading
  • You must not use bots or automated trading systems
  • We reserve the right to reverse fraudulent transactions

6. Contest Rules

Fantasy contests on JockBroker:

  • Are games of skill, not chance
  • Require entry fees as specified
  • Award prizes based on contest rules
  • May be restricted in certain jurisdictions
  • Are subject to our contest-specific terms
  • Scoring & Settlement Finality: All contest scoring is based on official statistics provided by our third-party stats provider (SportRadar) at the time of contest settlement. Once a contest is settled and prizes are distributed, scores are final. Post-settlement stat corrections by the league or stats provider will not result in re-scoring or re-settlement of completed contests. This policy ensures fairness and finality for all participants.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Create multiple accounts
  • Share account credentials
  • Engage in collusion or cheating
  • Use exploits or bugs for advantage
  • Harass or abuse other users
  • Attempt to hack or compromise our systems
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Intellectual Property

All content on JockBroker, including card designs, logos, and platform features, is owned by JockBroker or licensed to us. Digital cards grant you a limited license to use the cards within our platform only.

9. Deposits and Withdrawals

  • Minimum deposit: $10
  • Minimum withdrawal: $20
  • Withdrawals may take 3-5 business days
  • We reserve the right to verify identity before processing withdrawals
  • Bonus funds may have specific withdrawal requirements

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE CONTINUOUS, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SECURE ACCESS TO OUR SERVICES.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOCKBROKER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JockBroker from any claims arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Prediction Markets

The following terms apply to JockBroker prediction market contests. By participating in any prediction market, you agree to these terms in addition to all other sections of this agreement.

  • Skill-Based Contests: Prediction markets are skill-based prediction contests. Outcomes are determined by real-world player and team statistics, not by chance.
  • Parimutuel Pooling: All entry fees are combined into a shared pool. Payouts to winners come exclusively from this pool after deduction of the platform fee. JockBroker does not fund payouts from its own capital.
  • Official Statistics: Markets are settled using official statistics provided by SportRadar. JockBroker does not independently generate or modify statistical data.
  • Scoring Finality: All prediction markets are settled using official statistics from our stats provider at the time of settlement. Once settled, scores and payouts are final. Post-settlement stat corrections by leagues or stats providers will not result in re-settlement.
  • Dispute Resolution: Disputes related to prediction markets must be filed within 72 hours of settlement. JockBroker will review and respond within 5 business days. Unresolved disputes are subject to binding arbitration as described in Section 13.
  • Platform Fee: A configurable platform fee (default 10%) is deducted from the total market pool before winnings are distributed. The applicable fee is displayed on each market.
  • Entry Limits & Responsible Gaming: Deposit limits, entry limits, self-exclusion, and other responsible gaming tools apply to prediction market activity. See our Prediction Market Rules for full details.
